1. How do I book an appointment?

2. What services do you offer?
Narayan Hospital is a 30-bedded trauma and multispeciality centre. We cover trauma and emergency care, neurosurgery and spine, urology, orthopaedics, general and laparoscopic surgery, plastic and burn surgery, obstetrics and gynaecology, paediatrics, cardiology, ENT, dentistry, pain management and general medicine, supported by ICU, NICU, ventilator care, operation theatres, an on-site laboratory and imaging.
3. Do you accept insurance?
Yes. We are empanelled under the Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana (Ayushman Bharat), so eligible families receive free operation and treatment. We also offer cashless admission through insurance company TPAs. Please bring your Ayushman card or insurance policy details at the time of admission.
4. What should I bring to my appointment?
Bring a photo ID (Aadhaar is ideal), your Ayushman Bharat card or insurance details if you have them, any previous prescriptions, discharge summaries, X-rays or scan reports, and the list of medicines you currently take.
5. Do you offer same-day appointments?
Yes. Most departments see walk-in OPD patients the same day. Emergency and trauma cases are attended immediately, at any hour, without an appointment.
6. How do I get my test results?
Laboratory and imaging reports are prepared in-house. Routine pathology reports are usually ready the same day and can be collected from the reception, or sent to you on WhatsApp at +91 73766 75076 on request.
7. What safety measures do you follow?
Our operation theatres and ICU follow standard sterilisation and infection-control protocols, with single-use consumables, regular fumigation and trained nursing staff on duty around the clock.
8. Can I follow up without coming to the hospital?
For follow-up questions after a consultation you can reach us on WhatsApp at +91 73766 75076. New patients, and anything urgent, should be seen in person at the hospital.

Call +91 94153 32396 immediately — the line is answered 24 hours a day and we can send an ambulance. If you are bringing the patient yourself, come straight to the emergency entrance on Fatima By-Pass Road near Khajanchi Chowk; no prior appointment is needed.
